Training in the Grass Fields

Enchante ’21 continues to show that steady progress we like to see and now has transitioned to galloping in the grass fields at Wavertree. She is wearing the yellow saddle cloth.

Make sure you have the volume turned up to hear trainer Ciaran Dunne providing his observations on this training session. One of the purposes of training in this expansive field is to build her stamina and also to teach her how to correctly change her leads through the process of figure-eights. This is very important for her future as racehorse as racing on the incorrect lead can fatigue a horse.
