Nakoma kicked off the new year with an easy half-mile this morning in :51.40 at Gulfstream. She broke off slowly by design as we already know she’s quick and building fitness is the focus right now. Your filly traveled nicely through the stretch under no ask and Jena was pleased with the drill.
