HORSE OVERVIEW
Blazing a co-fastest :9 4/5 breeze at OBS April, this athletic daughter of Win Win Win combines elite speed with the scope to stretch out—and she’s already in training with top conditioner Saffie Joseph Jr. Eligible for the lucrative Florida Sire Stakes, she’s bred for early success but has the class to chase stakes targets beyond Gulfstream Park.
Breezes don’t get much more impressive than the jaw-dropping, co-fastest :9 4/5 that Just Like Lucy ‘23–the last horse through the ring at the 2025 OBS April Sale–put in in Ocala. Galloping out in a supersonic :20 1/5 and :32 flat while utilizing a first-quartile stride length (25.4 ft.), the Florida-bred daughter of Win Win Win was well worth the wait. What made her work even more impressive was how controlled and within herself she traveled despite the blistering pace she was setting.
The Mar. 21 foal has the looks to match her speed. She’s an extremely straightforward, athletic physical and is just as light on her feet at a walk as she was on the track. She possesses an intelligent eye and forward disposition, and while her speed would of course suggest that she could be one to strike early, she’s got plenty of scope to expect her to stretch out effectively.
Win Win Win hails from the internationally important, but hard to find in the U.S. stallion line of Sunday Silence. A winner of his first two starts at two, he was a romping stakes winner as an early sophomore before finishing third in the G2 Tampa Bay Derby and second in the G2 Blue Grass S. He’d add a stakes win later that season going a mile on the grass, but scored his career high at four, taking the G1 Forego S. at Saratoga from out of the clouds.
Taking up stud duties at historic Ocala Stud, his first crop of juveniles last year included the $1.8-million OBS March topper, a filly who would later be named Nooni and who would air on debut by almost 10 lengths before taking the G3 Sorrento S. Another first-crop filly by Win Win Win is three-time stakes winner Win N Your In, who took a leg of the lucrative Florida Sire Stakes series for which Just Like Lucy ‘23 is also eligible.
The filly is also a full-sister to Rammayy, a two-time winner in Dubai last fall who was third in the UAE 2000 Guineas Trial in January.
Their dam is a full-sister to the talented turf sprinter Pretty Perfection. This is a very productive female family developed by the late, great Brereton Jones and which also includes the likes of Grade 1 winner Sweet Talker, et al.
Given her extremely forward nature, the filly shipped right from the sale to the Palm Meadows barn of Saffie Joseph, Jr. One of the leading conditioners in the country, Joseph is particularly dominant at Gulfstream Park, where this filly can take advantage of her Florida-bred and sired status. With the talent she flashed in her sales breeze, however, there’s plenty reason to think she could be shipping to other venues in the future for stakes engagements.
