Legitify Workout Report

Legitify worked a sharp half-mile from the gate in :47.00 flat this morning while on the outside of stablemate Beach Boulevard. Your son of Justify broke well and was under a nice hold from his exercise rider Austin Solis down the backstretch. Austin gave him some rein into the turn and Legitify responded well. As you will see in the video above, this work ends at the quarter pole (red and white pole in the turn) and the duo is galloping out in the stretch.

Trainer Richard Mandella remains pleased with the progress of your colt. While he isn’t quite ready for the maiden special weight next Saturday (Mar. 9), he should be ready for the next one. Your son of Justify is bred to love the turf being by a Galileo mare but despite that, he has handled the dirt with no issues in the mornings and Richard plans to try him on the dirt first time out.
