Closeout Status

Our accounting and finance team have received final statements and invoices and have reconciled the Carrothers account. We’re just awaiting word from our outside tax advisors on the amount of taxes due on the Carrothers series. We expect to hear back from them within the next week and will issue final distributions and a financial summary of income and expenses at that time.
