Chasing Time Update
We are happy to report that Chasing Time is training great at Oaklawn Park since his last race on December 17th. He will be turning 3 years old on January 1st and a possible first-race target of 2022 could come in an allowance race at Oaklawn Park on January 14th.
Chasing Time’s current exercise rider, Keeghan Murray, says our Not This Time colt is as classy as they come.
“He’s super easy going and classy. He likes to train. for sure. He was a little aggressive the first couple days back from his last race. He’s the kind of horse that is all business on the track,” Keeghan said.
Keeghan is the older brother of jockey Drayden Van Dyke and has worked for a handful of well-known trainers in the industry, including Hall of Famer Nick Zito, Peter Miller, and Tom Amoss.
We will follow up with a workout report after Chasing Time’s next breeze, as well as send out an update when a race plan has been finalized.
