Who Runs the World sold for $35,000 at the Keeneland November Breeding Sale to Black Ridge Stables LLC. We wish her new connections the best of luck and we can’t wait to see her babies on the track. You can learn more about Black Ridge Stables by clicking here.

While we expected more action in the ring today, this is where the market valued her. We are pleased to see her go to a good home and we will keep you updated if we hear any news regarding their plans with her.

Our team will now begin the closure process for the series and will follow up once the account has been officially reconciled and closed.

Who Runs the World is scheduled to get rechecked the first week of August to determine if she is ready to return to light training. The attached photos were taken by Aaron Mattice.

Who Runs the World is progressing very well at King’s Equine in Ocala, Fl. She is currently galloping a mile and one eighth daily. Farm trainer and owner, Raul Reyes, said, “She is training well and showing a lot of class. She is very easy to work with and an absolute sweetheart.”

Corniche, son of Quality Road, wins the G1 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile decisively! Both of our yearlings, Who Runs the World, and Cable Boss, are by Quality Road. Exciting things to come!

Who Runs the World is now up to galloping a half-mile daily. Our young Quality Road filly is still learning the ropes. Trainer Kevin Noltemeyer has been training her on the rail inside of another yearling, helping her to keep a straight path. As part of her training process, she will begin galloping on the outside this weekend to help her gain confidence and be comfortable being on the outside of horses.

It is important for horses of all ages to be comfortable with being on the inside and outside of other horses so that when they begin racing, it does not become an issue. This is a standard part of training when working with young horses and establishes a good foundation to build upon

Who Runs the World has been progressing well in her training since arriving at Silver Springs. After first arriving at Silver Springs, she was first introduced to a rider on her back and began what is known as the breaking process. Starting in only her stall and learning the commands of the rider, Who Runs the World moved out into the shed row, then the arena, and the final step being the track. Who Runs the World is now on the track and currently galloping.
