Isle Blue Update

Isle Blue received the green light to start back up in training at Two Springs in Ocala after receiving 60 days from her surgery. She is in her first week of jogging and hopefully it will be smooth sailing from here on out for your daughter of Speightstown.

We were in touch with the team at Two Springs this morning to check in on Isle Blue. The farm reports that the splint that the filly developed has yet to cool out completely. Due to this, your daughter of Speightstown will require a bit more rest before she can return to training. We’ll keep you updated as to any new developments.

Isle Blue Workout Report

Isle Blue breezed a half-mile from the gate yesterday morning over the Oklahoma training track at Saratoga while in company with fellow 2-year-old filly Brindi. The duo was credited with a final time of :50.65. Assistant trainer Miguel Clement provided the video above following the work.

The team at Grade One Investments, Chetley and Nellie, continue to be impressed by this filly as she continues to progress in her speed work. Yesterday, she galloped two laps (one mile and one quarter) on the Two Springs track and looked great doing it.
