Balletic continues to thrive as a broodmare and visually is beginning to show more signs of her baby

We checked in on Balletic earlier this week at Taylor Made as your mare got turned into a paddock with her friends. Everything remains well.

It was also a positive weekend regarding our mating selection for Balletic as Mage’s full brother Dornoch took down the G1 Belmont S yesterday evening.

We checked in with the team at Taylor Made this afternoon who reported all things continue in good order with Balletic. She remains on schedule to be checked next week for pregnancy. As we posted in our last update, while she wasn’t ovulating at the time of her check Dr. Hyde was very confident based on what he saw that she would be very soon. Due to that, she was not checked again for ovulation and we will simply wait for that pregnancy check-up. Taylor Made has already seen successful pregnancies directly with mares on their farm and we are hopeful to have good news next week.

We will be back with our next update following her two-week check-up.

We are happy to report that Balletic has transitioned back into galloping with ease and was spotted going nice and easy on the track this morning at Silver Springs. Everything remains in good order for your daughter of Into Mischief as she continues to make steady progress toward her return to the racetrack.

Enjoy these photos of Balletic enjoying her round pen turnout this afternoon at Silver Springs.

Balletic was examined by Dr. Wes Sutter last week prior to being turned out into a small paddock and it was recommended to give an additional 30 days in a round pen before moving on to the next stage of her rehabilitation. She will remain on turnout in a round pen during this time and will be rechecked by Dr. Sutter in the early part of July.

Balletic is nearing the end of being limited to just hand walking, and will begin turnout in a small paddock in the coming weeks. She will be rechecked around May 10th to ensure that everything has healed properly.

MyRacehorse is excited to introduce the inaugural Spring Showcase in Lexington, KY at the iconic Fasig-Tipton Sales Grounds! This event will showcase many MyRacehorse stable members you might know and some that are brand new. This is a great way to kick off the week leading up to the Kentucky Derby!

On Saturday, April 29th, we hope you’ll join fellow MyRacehorse owners for an action-packed hands-on experience at Fasig-Tipton. We’ll start the day off by welcoming you to the Kentucky Room where there will be light bites, cash bars, and room to spread out and mingle with fellow owners and MyRacehorse staff. Once everyone has checked in we will gather around the back walking ring to see the MyRacehorse stable members onsite parade and hear from MyRacehorse staff members on their progress and where they are in their training process.

Horses that will be onsite include (but are not limited to) Rosie’s Alibi, Balletic, and retired favorite Starsixnine, as well as some new additions to the MyRacehorse stable!

After the horses finish parading in the back ring, we will begin letting owners head over to the barn area to spend some time with the horses at their stalls, take pictures with them, and have an up close and personal experience. While this is taking place, lunch will be available in the Kentucky Room featuring sliders, sandwiches, salad, dessert & more!

We will also be hosting a Q&A session to learn more about your hopes for the ownership experience. We’re eager to hear YOUR thoughts, insights, and ideas about what we can do to make the MyRacehorse community even stronger and offerings even more exciting.

Balletic remains in good order at Gulfstream Park. The Pletcher team currently has her pointed towards the Melody of Colors stake at Gulfstream Park on Mar. 25. Nominations for this race will close on Mar. 11.

Balletic earned a career-best 69 Beyer Speed Figure for her win on Saturday. A copy of her updated lifetime past performances can be seen above. The 3-year-old filly has remained at Gulfstream Park for the time being and is good order out of the win.

In celebration of the win, the Balletic collection will be on sale until 12:00 a.m. ET.
