Carrothers Update

Carrothers has officially been nominated to the $100,000 Japan Turf Cup at Laurel Park on October 1st. Kent Sweezey feels that the 1 1/2-mile distance will be to Carrothers’ liking and the trainer also likes the convenience of the short ship it will be from New Jersey to Maryland. Kent has secured jockey Victor Carrasco to ride. Entries will be taken one week from today, September 28th.
