Balletic Update

We just wanted to provide an update regarding the financials for Balletic and the closure of her series. We expect to receive sales proceeds some time in the second half of December, and as we await those funds, are actively working to have the accounting for her as close to finalized as possible so we can put the finishing touches on her account once we receive sales proceeds.

Our goal is to have the series completely closed by the end of year, which will entail not only the financial reconciliation, but the final distribution. That distribution will include sales proceeds minus all related expenses (commissions and other fees from the sales company and consignor, administrative fees, etc.) and minus the negative balance of Balletic’s reserve heading into the sale.
