In the Round Pen
Enchante ’21 has graduated from shedrow jogging to picking up the pace in the round pen. This is the next step in the process before the yearling heads to train in the grass fields at a gallop. The idea is to gradually build on the space she trains in; with the round pen serving the purpose of teaching her how to turn and accept commands from her rider in a fairly confined space. Her rider has the white pom-pom on his brown helmet.
